“Geoff and Bri In the office were great at answering my question when I toured and made me feel right at home. I read the reviews about the ac systems and was very hesitant to move in. Derek and Daniel with the maintenance team took the time to answer all my questions and have been very fast in responding to any maintenance issue I have reported. The location is great for the downtown vibe. Gene is always friendly and kind when I am walking my dog or when we are in the dog park. The pool always looks nice and inviting. The fire pit has a nice sitting area that I look forward to using in the cooler months ahead. I have definitely enjoyed the grilling area this summer, its close to the main pool area for those relaxing weekends. I am very happy with my choice to live here the staff is great and the neighbors I have met are very friendly and quite. Aviare is definitely a small community in its self and I am happy to call it home”
